You can earn $5 and have a chance for a $75 Amazon Gift Card by participating in a survey about assistive technology use. The survey is being hosted by the UNiversity of Washington, and you can take it multiple times if you use various types of assistive technologies.
Here's some more detailed information on this survey:
Earn $5 and a chance to win a $75 Amazon Gift Card by participating in a survey about assistive technology you use. Participation is limited, and the study will close when we have received enough responses for each category.
If you are over 18 years of age and use one of the following kinds of technologies: Braille Displays, Note takers, DAISY readers, or hand-held video magnifiers, you may qualify for this study.
This study consists of an online survey asking about your technology and how you feel about using it. The survey will take approximately 15 minutes. On completing the survey, you will be compensated $5.
You can fill out one survey for each device you use. For example, if you use a Braille Display and a hand-held video magnifier, you can complete one survey for each device for a total of 2 surveys, and be compensated $10. Only 1 survey per device per user will be compensated and counted for the gift card drawing, but users can complete surveys for different devices they use. You must enter an email address at the end of each survey to receive compensation and be entered in the drawing. You may opt out of a survey at any time, but we can only compensate participants for completed surveys.
