Paypal has launched its 2007 holiday promotion, which gives you 20 percent off at several popular merchants including NewEgg, Dell, EToys, Overstock.com, and many more. Here's what you need to know:

Pay with Paypal from any of the stores listed below
Purchase items by December 10 for most stores
Your 20 percent will come in the form of a credit to your Paypal account by January 31, 2008
A maximum of $50 in rebates ($250 in sales) is covered
Shipping charges are included
