#CSUN13: HIMS Releases More Information on Sense Firmware V8.0
HIMS has given more information on the upcoming 8.0 firmware release for the BrailleSense and VoiceSense line of notetakers. In addition to Dropbox and RSS support, the new version will include the ability to stream videos from YouTube, an Excel spreadsheet viewer, a much faster web-browser, and more. Unfortunately some features, such as Dropbox and YouTube will be exclusive to the U-2 line of notetakers. Version 8.0 will be a free update for existing customers and available at the end of march.
