Q-Continuum has officially released Chicken Nugget, a flexible and feature-rich Twitter client for Windows users. The client operates in two modes including a visual interface which allows you to access the program's functions through menus, and a keyboard interface which lets you place the app in the background and use hotkeys to navigate and read tweets. Other advanced features such as support for Tweetmarker, a service which allows you to sync your timeline across devices, and Twishort, a service that lets you send tweets longer than 140 characters, are included. Chicken Nugget costs $15 and can be purchased online using the link on this post. A 30-day trial is also available.
