The BARD app created by the National Library Service has just received a major update for both iOS and android.
In addition to the expected bug fixes and performance improvements, this update includes the ability to browse magazines by title, - Adds My previous downloads and Most popular books to Get Books, the ability for braille books to autoflow to match your display length, a mode to remove beeps from the app, a delete option in the voiceOver rotor in the bookshelf, and a sleep timer that matches the navigation level (stopping after the next time interval, chapter, etc.).
In addition, dynamic type is now supported across the app. The total reading time, or number of braille volumes, is also displayed in the summary listing for each book, depending on whether the listing refers to a braille or audio title. The search results now automatically load the next 50 listings, preventing the need to continually press the load more items button. Finally, a double tap now resets the speed/tone to their defaults.
