HumanWare's Reveal family of video magnifiers, announced this past January, are now available for purchase.
The Reveal 16I will begin shipping on May 13 and is the advanced model of the pair, featuring the Prodigi software, which runs Android and allows for reading books, performing multi-page scanning, and editing text. The Reveal 16 is the basic model intended for those who prefer a simpler experience without all of the bells and whistles.
Pricing for the Reveal 16 starts at $2,995, with the Reveal 16I going for $3,995. An optional XY table can be added to either model for an additional $500, with a $300 battery also available.
