Engadget reports that memory card maker SanDisk will release a 16GB version of its MicroSD-HC card by November. Initially costing $99.99, these cards should be compatible with phones and other devices which support the 4GB and 8GB cards currently, giving enormous storage to phones like the Nokia N82 and the HTC Wings 100, among many others.
