thomas jolliffe has written an accessible interface to the Youtube website. It includes keyboard shortcuts for playing, pausing, and jumping around through the videos. In addition, the videos do not automatically play once searched. Pages are free of ads and easy to navigate with headings and other accessibility tags. Try it through the link on this post.
