Some early press is starting to roll in for ATIA 2010. gh has released a Macintosh version of their accessible DAISY player. ReadHear Mac reads several popular DAISY formats including Bookshare titles and offers a wide array of keyboard shortcuts and options for low-vision users. The cost is $119, according to the press release. Despite the claim in the release of being the first such player for the Mac, a free, open-source player called Olearia was announced last fall.
