According to a message posted by Neil Barnfather, the moderator of the Wayfinder Access Email list, users of the GPS software may soon receive a refund or exchange for a comparable product. Details are sketchy at this point, but Barnfather believes that the power of bulk pricing will help create an exchange which is acceptable for most. We'll post more information as we learn it. Here's the message as posted to the list.
Dear All,
It is with pleasure that I can announce that Wayfinder is in the process of designing a refund/exchange policy, in partnership with TalkNav, concerning all existing sold licenses of Wayfinder Access across the World. The format and details of this refund/exchange is still under consideration. One of the main points is whether an exchange program would be possible instead of a refund program. More details will follow very soon.
Category: SoftwareI thought there wasn't a comparable product. Isn't that one of the reasons, aside from being ripped off, that everyone is angry?
