We're catching up from the NFB convention and reporting some of what we heard and saw. Freedom Scientific started off the week by announcing support for grade 2 braille input in its forthcoming version of JAWS 12. The new version will also do away with the Configuration Manager for a new approach. Expect public betas to land some time in August.
Category: SoftwareI find it amusing that Mac can already do this, and on devices ranging from desktops to handhelds to cell phones... and it is FREE! I'm no Apple fanboy - I do not even own any Apple devices - but VO makes me reconsider my anti-Macness.
