Google has offered various ways to obtain driving directions for a while now, but the current implementation brings many of these services under one page. The page, designed for mobile browsers but also quite accessible, allows you to receive driving, walking, public transit, or bicycling directions. The results are text-based and virtually clutter-free. It's especially useful for getting bus route information in the over 400 cities where Google Transit is available including walking directions to bus stops which were difficult to find on the regular Google Transit website.
