HDE via Amazon.com has an External 5.1 USB 3D Audio Sound Card Adapter for $0.13. With about $3 for shipping, it's one of the cheapest such cards we could fine. This tiny adapter plugs into a USB port and acts as an inexpensive external sound card. No speaker is included. It's recized by Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7 among others without the need for drivers. While there's certainly better USB sound cards available, this is a great deal for the price if you're just looking for a simple solution to separate your music from your screen reader, for example.
