GW Micro has released a free public beta of GWSkype, a new app which provides an accessible Skype interface for Windows. From the app, users can make and recieve calls, chat with other users, send and recieve files, and view contacts, among other features. The app is free for all Windows users, though a small GW Micro commercial will speak for those not running Window-Eyes. The native Skype should be unloaded to run this app.
