It's often been said that if you want the best accessibility experience on Android, then getting a phone with the stock operating system is the way to go. Google Play has just made this option more affordable by lowering the price of the Nexus 4 to $199 for the 8GB model and $249 for the 16GB model, a $100 savings. That's about the same price as you would pay for many phones on contract. This GSM phone is unlocked and can run the latest version of Jellybean, Android 4.3.
