Several sellers continue to post a wide variety of inexpensive braille books on Ebay, mostly for children. Many of these books are hand-made. Check each auction for more details.
An Ebay seller has listed a book of braille sudoku puzzles for $9.99. The book contains 10 of the number puzzles that can be torn out and put into a brailler or slate and stylus. Auction ends January 12.
Amazon.com has Next by Michael Crichton unabridged on audio CD for $32.97. This is the lowest price we could find for this book by about a buck. Shipping is free. From the description, "Is a loved one missing some body parts? Are blondes becoming extinct? Is everyone

Amazon.com has Touch the Sun, a NASA Braille Book, for $26.60. That's $8 off retail and the lowest price we could find for this book. This book features tactile, full-color illustrations for astronomy lovers and is usable by both the blind and sighted.
The American Printing House for the Blind is offering 30% off their Art History Through Touch and Sound series. Each title includes a book with full-color images of famous artworks, accompanied by tactile representations of each artwork. Example titles include: Art of Ancient Egypt, Greek Art, and European Modernism, all for $69.00 after the discount. Sale ends March 31, 2007.
The Pennsylvania Association for the Blind is selling a large print calendar for $5.00 when shipped Free Matter for the Blind. Add $2 to ship via UPS. This calendar features each month on a 17 inch by 22 inch panel, with maximum space in each numbered block for notes, dates and other items.
