It's an iOS App Store Bonnanza! 4 New Offerings from Kid Friendly Software, Voice Dream and iBraille

Good things usually come in threes. However, this week sees the release of four new apps for your iDevice of choice.

Kid Friendly Software, makers of Blindfold Racer and other apps, released two more card game apps to the App Store. Blindfold Crazy 8s is the classic game you know with self-voicing card options for those that do not use Voiceover regularly. The game has an in-app purchase of $3.99 that unlocks the "continuous draw" mode, which is a longer form than the "single draw" mode that is the default for the free version. The developer has also released the card game Blindfold Solitaire that contains the classic three card Klondike version of the game in the free app. It too has an In App purchase of $2.99, which unlocks the one card game option that most players are probably more familiar with.

Moving to productivity apps, the developer behind Voice Dream Reader has now released the long-awaited follow-up, Voice Dream Writer. The app allows the creation and editing of notes inside an interface that may prove to be easier to learn than those of Apple's iWork offerings or those of Microsoft's Office Suite on iOS. The app has several export options and is $9.99 U.S. on the App Store. If "Voice Dream Reader" is any indication of what Writer has in store, the features should make this app well worth the purchase price for those who are looking for a note-taking app with lots of alternative synthesizers and the like found in Reader.

Lastly, iBrailler Notes is a note-taking app that allows you to use your iPad in landscape mode to simulate the brailler experience. Naturally this app will be compared to the existing Braille input in iOS 8. However, as with the Voice Dream app, the ability to export your notes to various cloud based storage options might be a selling point for those who are looking for a more sandboxed Blind friendly user interface. The barrier to entry is high though since this app is only available for iPad and at $39.95, the purchase price for the unlocked version is $10 higher than MBraille.

Still, if you are one of those who wants to have the latest in everything Apple, nearly $50 this week gets you four new apps to show off your Apple products.
