It's been a big day of news in the GPS arena. Sendero Group has released the 2010 version of their GPS software for the BrailleNote family of PDAs. In addition to new 2010 maps, the release includes several route options which allow users to create routes which avoid toll roads or highways, for example. Support for a new database engine which supports Google Transit feeds allows for points from dozens of public transportation agencies to be imported into the product. All users who purchase this version will receive the forthcoming free virtual explorer product for the PC which we previously mentioned. Check the link on this post for a complete list of changes.
