Apple Announces Long-rumored iPhone 5S

As expected, Apple is making several major announcements at today's event in Cupertino including the latest upgrade to the iPhone, the 5S. This new version includes the first 64-bit processor for a mobile phone, a camera with dual-LED flash, and a redesigned home button with a fingerprint censor. The size appears to be similar to the 5 with an aluminum housing.
Available in gold, silver, and space gray, the 5S will run iOS 7 which was announced back in June. No preorders are available for this model, which will be available in stores on September 20.
As in the past, the 16GB version will sell for $199, the 32GB model will be available for $299 while the 64GB model sells for $399.
Stay tuned to Blind Bargains for the latest Apple news as it develops.
