Apple is trying to push the iPhone into new markets and offer a cheaper alternative for customers. The iPhone 5C is a smaller and cheaper version of Apple's flagship product and will be available in several colors: blue, pink, green,, yellow, and white. The 16GB version will sell for $99 and the 32GB version for $199 with a new two-year contract, so roughly $100 cheaper than current models. This puts it in line with the former price for the 4S. Reports have T-Mobile selling the 16GB version for $549, only $100 less than the 5S. The 5C lacks the fingerprint censor and faster 64-bit processor found in the iPhone 5S.
