The latest version of ZoomText includes only two listed changes, but may be very helpful for certain international users and those experiencing stability issues.
If you live in Italy, Russia, Romania, or Hungary or speak these languages, ZoomText now speaks and works in your native voice. A fix which may have affected stability when ZoomText is not running is also included.
It's a free upgrade, so there's no reason not to get it if you are a current user.

Fix for performance/stability problem when ZoomText was not running
A defect that caused degraded performance and stability when ZoomText was not running has been identified and solved.
4 new localizations added to the ZoomText 11 user interface
The 11.3 update also adds 4 additional localizations to the ZoomText 11 user interface. These new localizations include Hungarian, Italian, Romanian and Russian.
